- Put on sunscreen and a wide-brimmed hat to protect your skin from the sun.
- Drink plenty of water even if you don't feel thirsty.
- Put on insect repellent.
- Wash your hands often.
Remember to be safe and healthy this summer. It's easy to get dehydrated in these hot days at the end of summer. Stay hydrated with plenty off water. If you drink caffeine you need more water, as caffeine dehydrates your body. Enjoy the summer.
