Consistency is the key! How are you doing on your health goals and New Years Resolution? As we are in the "March Madness" month, please take time to reflect on your own health and fitness goals. Maybe you can add a few consistent minutes a day to exercise. Try walking. Not everyone needs to have high impact and high cardio exercises to impact their health outcomes. For most of us, daily walking is an excellent exercise choice.
