As a Mom, healthy eating at home is so important, and so often it's overlooked. You have one at gymnastics, one a singing and you also have a meeting for work, etc. I completely understand. Healthy eating at home starts at the grocery store and begins with good preparation. Try planning out your meals and shop for what you need to make them - instead of buying what looks good. It's also great to get the kids involved by having them pick one meal a week or giving them a day/night that they need to plan. This is a great way to teach them about what is healthy, and set the example as parents too! Good luck this week eating healthy.
